Technical details
We use PHP 5+, and prefer to use a content management system (We can suggest the right one for your project, and explain the advantages of each). We also keep a close eye on several open source projects in order to keep costs down. We have refined the web development process to a fine art, and it is a very flexible process that has many strengths.
However....
There are some web technologies and services we do not offer under normal circumstances. Every shop is different; sometimes you want the Ford dealer, sometimes you want the Chevy dealer. If you require one of the following technologies, we may not be the best fit, but we will still answer any questions you have about them. It's not that these tools are bad, it's that we have found efficient ways to do the same thing, often in a better way :
- Flash (We like to use HTML5 and frameworks like jQuery for similar effects (The feature you are using is powered by jQuery))
- Python scripting - (A popular server side scripting language; We offer PHP, which fills a similar role)
- Ruby on Rails - (An MVC framework)
- Node.js - (Another server side scripting technology)
